Though the new handset resembles the old model, it has slightly different features & more colour options are available with the same.

Specs-wise, the only noticeable difference between the 6303i and the 6303 is that the new phone comes with 55MB of internal memory and a 2GB MicroSD card in the box (while the 6303 has only 17MB of internal memory and a 1GB card).
